Great one night stay, would...

Liked: Being close to the metro. Having free transportation tickets.
Disliked: Pillows are too soft and no extra’s. Ventilation not working in the bathroom. Can hear the road noise even with the windows closed.

Liked: The property location is fantastic and the staff are very helpful. The breakfast room is really pretty and you can sit there and enjoy the view of the cathedral while sipping a cup of coffee in the morning.
Disliked: The room had no wardrobe which is inconvenient if you are staying for multiple days.

Liked: Great location, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: It needs a new gym.

Nice hotel for a stop-over...

Liked: The hotel is very clean and staff is friendly. We had a family room for three wich was nice and had a lovely view over the city and the cathedral.

Liked: Very close to everything, very friendly staff, we had everything we ask for! Absolutely amazing. No complaints!
Disliked: I would say we find difficult sleeping in those pillows as they were very thin , they were fluffy but eventually flat, I would say maybe the hotel could have two types of pillows so customers can request them.

Liked: Location and price were great for Lausanne - metro next door was ideal , huge Coop across the road and Aldi and Lidl a few minutes under the underpass by foot, extra pillows provided when asked. Very clean, comfortable, and modern room.
Disliked: Was prepared for the highest tourist taxes in the world but after arriving in snow and sleet at just before 12 was thrilled to be told rooms were available only to be told that there was early check in fee even though rooms were ready, had no choice but to pay as my elderly parents were struggling and we couldn’t wait in the reception area as it was too small for six of us with bags, fees were more than 35% of daily room rate for 3 hrs - if I had known we could have pre booked but no information available about the charges or possibility of ore booking early check in. Given the weather conditions I feel it was underhanded and unreasonable.
