Beautiful property with comfortable rooms...

Liked: Beautiful property and very comfortable rooms and beds!
Disliked: We had a rental car so I thought that parking was included when I booked the property. I had to pay 30 CHF extra to park the car for the night which I was surprised about because I thought that parking was included when you book the accommodation.

Liked: Excellent location, calm, but close to center of town, in an agreeable neighborhood. Good for sleeping in very confortable bed with poofy comforters. Little Swiss chocalates at the front desk.

Easy check in, friendly check...

Liked: Lovely decor, comfortable bed, excellent shower. The room was warm but we could easily open the windows. The multi function plug sockets (including British)/charging points were useful. Breakfast was great with a nice selection and replenished quickly on busy mornings. Staff very friendly and welcoming.There is a fridge in the room which will be useful in future visits to store my dairy free items.
Disliked: Our safe was locked open so we couldn't use it, but this was a minor inconvenience. A selection of teas and coffee in the rooms would have been nice - there were only two tea bags, and if you choose to not have your room cleaned daily, you are quickly out of stock. One of us is mildly allergic to dairy and there are no dairy free options for breakfast (spread/milk) and presumably butter is used for cooking. No real surprise in the land of cheese and chocolate and a cow themed hotel lol.
