Very good experience

Liked: We arrived on 12th April in the evening and we were welcomed by a very lovely lady at the reception desk. Had a good stay! They had a big spread of breakfast buffet for a very reasonable price. Staff was very friendly. Definitely value for money. Would definitely go back to them on my next visit to Queenstown :)

Liked: Amazing location, some staff were super friendly. Enjoyed the bowling and pool.
Disliked: Some staff weren’t very friendly. Light coming under the door, other guests were very noisy every morning. Dusty room, a bit rundown.

Liked: Was very run down, lots of broken things , mould in the bathroom , left over rubbish Bed request wasn't forfilled.TV didn't work on any of the options that it has. Wasn't able to heat up my sons milk..and Parker wasn't very well labeled

Disliked: We had a heated blanket just on two beds if three

Disliked: It would have been good if the hotel had an elevator. It can be difficult when you're packed heavy.

Liked: Convenient location not too far from Queenstown. Small village with most facilities except a supermarket. Shortdrive to Frankton, Arrowtown and Coronet Peak.Spacious room. Good internet.
Disliked: No cutlery or crockery in room but available on request.

Passable

Liked: Breakfast was totally cold and one of us had a hair in her eggs
Disliked: Breakfast. No netflix etc
