Clean, comfortable hotel . They...

Liked: New and modern. Location okay. Near restaurants and walking distance to waterfront
Disliked: Staff were fairly new and under pressure. Appeared like they were in training.

Good base for exploring Napier

Liked: The room was amazing, the bathroom was very clean and the location was convenient. The receptionist when I checked in was super friendly and helpful
Disliked: Nothing I didn’t like about the property, but when I asked how to post some postcards, I was meant with blank faces so wouldn’t say it was super helpful in that regard. But everything else was great.

Disappointing. Over 2 weeks later...

Liked: Breakfast.
Disliked: Room keys kept on reapeatedly failing and two weeks later I still haven't been emailed a copy of my invoice (which they were unable to provide when I checked out 2 weeks ago and despite 2 chasers!

Liked: Room itself is well arranged, fully equipped . Staff at reception are very friendly . Quite a lot public parking spots out side the building ( free parking between 8pm to 10am ) if hotel parking booked out.

A nice stay that was...

Liked: Rooms were nice and dark so you did not wake up with the early morning natural light. Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very well appointed! Nice coffee machine too, great for the morning to start your day.
Disliked: The kitchenette did not have anything in it except for a couple of cups. It would be good to have a couple of plates and some basic cutlery available as we wanted to enjoy some cheese and crackers with a glass of wine after travelling in the room.
