Disappointing

Liked: Clean room, nice location.
Disliked: Poor service, asked 4 times for coffee pods. No gym or pool facilities. No mentioning of a hold on visa card, and no explanation of the amount of hold and release of hold. No wine glasses, pathetically small coffee cups, and probably the worst-tasting coffee ever offered in a hotel room, decidedly hostile Casino payouts. After about 10 visits over the past few years, I have decided to look at other options.
