Nice but not amazing.

Liked: The location of the hotel was really amazing, really close to the surf lifesaving club, close to many cafes and boutiques, great pool, the pool was heated which made it relaxing and the spa was nice after a long day. The car spot was very hand to have. The apartment had aircon and fans in the bedrooms with remotes.
Disliked: The directions given to the carpark/car spot was so confusing, the map didn't make sense, it is probably better to use written direction. Our reception fob (key) didn't work at all, we told the receptionist the next morning, she demonstrated that it did in fact work and low and behold when we went to use it on a pouring rain night it didn't work and we had to run through the rain. Easier directions and shortcuts to the apartment would have been appreciated.There is a lot of ware and tare in the apartment we stayed in, (2065), blinds we're torn off the guide at the top, carpet was very dated and ripped in some areas in the room and the walls we're stained. The photos also was not the same as what we had booked, and that was at least 6 months in advance which was very surprising.

Overall, it was a lovely...

Liked: Location and how the building was in a u-shape which allows more people to have a view of the pool from their rooms. The pool was great.
Disliked: Not enough tea, coffee or sugar in the starter pack. Only stayed for three nights so we didn’t need to buy our own supplies like we would if we were holidaying for a week or more.2 of each per day would have been sufficient however we had four of each in total for three days. Especially when you are expected to clean the kitchen yourself.The pool spa wasn’t working.

Liked: Does what it says on the box. Comfortable, excellent location for beach and shops and restaurants. Nice pool. Double glazes windows so do not hear any road or pool noise with doors closed. Had a very comfortable stay.

Liked: Location, location, location! Perfectly situated in Burleigh Heads, a stones throw from the gorgeous beach. Cafes, boutiques and restaurants all within walking distance. This was our third stay!
Disliked: There’s nothing I can fault.
