A lot of potential but...

Liked: Great pool and tennis court, friendly staff. The rooms was a good size and the beds comfortable, the apartment is a good layout. The TV was good.
Disliked: This place has such potential but the apartment was disappointing as it was very unclean and poorly maintained. There had clearly been people smoking within the apartment which made it smell terrible. The balcony and outdoor furniture were very dirty and mouldy and the furniture and carpeted stairs inside was also filthy with mould growing on the soft furnishings. There was used baby wipes and a rotten banana on the patio and bits of broken glass. The garden was full of weeds. The whole place needs a good deep clean. The road works out the front have made beach access very convoluted and difficult which is not the venue’s fault but we will not be holidaying in Burleigh again until it’s completed.
