Liked: The place was great and the reception personal so kind, understanding and welcoming. I was very happy by my choice and if I choose a place in Valencia again, it will be this one. Great place and location!

Liked: The room was well cleaned everyday.
Disliked: We stated in a room facing inside the building. It was chill outside, but the room was really hot. We had a celling fan that we could not control properly. The option was on or off.

Great location but very basic...

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is great - near the Ajuntamiento Square and on walking distance from all main sights. Overall, the hotel is located on a quiet street.
Disliked: The sound isolation inside the hotel is not so good. You can hear what your neighbours are doing as well as everything happening in the lobby. The room had a very basic choice of amenities - no slippers, no kettle or cups, no toothbrush, etc. You need to bring everything or purchase locally. It is not easy to find a place for breakfast because all nearby cafeterias open late. In the hotel, there is a small room with coffee machines and tableware, but we found it only on the day of departure and are not sure how guests can use it.

Liked: The location was great and near a lot of good restaurants and coffee spots. Employees were very friendly. The breakfast was OK.
Disliked: Nothing was really different than our expectations although I did miss the toothpaste and shampoo or conditioner. I didn’t see any notepads or brochure on the desk.

Liked: I recently stayed at this hotel, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The location is absolutely perfect—right in the city center, close to everything, and in the heart of all the action. It made exploring Valencia so easy and enjoyable. The service was excellent—everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The reception staff were always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything we needed. On top of that, the price was incredibly affordable, making it an even better choice. I travel frequently, and this is by far the best hotel I have stayed in, especially because of its unbeatable location. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia. A fantastic stay from start to finish!
