Liked: Beautiful property, in a great neighborhood of DC. Walking distance to restaurants and metro. Rooms are great, cozy, and roomy for small families. Lovely breakfast options that lean healthier.
Disliked: Not as close as I would have hoped to attractions and no elevator. But not a big deal.

Liked: Swann House is the perfect retreat in the centre of Washington DC. Beautifully decorated, it boasts a number of rooms to relax in after a busy day, with an infusion tea. Plus a small pool to dip in, and cool down in. The relaxing feel is even bettered by the super friendly and attentive staff (onsite morning until 6pm).There are no downsides to this Guest House.

Liked: It is brand new - just around 8 months, so it’s really clean with an amazing finish. Great location - walkable to everything including the metro. It is like a high end BnB, very cosy, comfortable and a beautiful ambience.
Disliked: I wish the breakfast was a bit more elaborate given the price being paid and that the rooms were cleaned every day (without having to request it). For a steep per night rate, I do believe house keeping should be included.
