Absolutely loved this venue but...

Liked: The property is beautiful. The pool was lovely, the room was beautiful and spacious, clean and a great lay out. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous. The staff at breakfast were welcoming and professional. In general the staff were very friendly and accomodating.
Disliked: The under cover car park had a lot of rubbish which didn’t give a great first impression. The receptionist was friendly but the front desk area was cluttered and messy behind the counter and didn’t give the same classy feel that the entrance and surrounds gave. The restaurant was good, staff friendly but we were under whelmed by the food and waiting half an hour for our first drinks to arrive and approx 40 mins for our order to be taken. We couldn’t stream a movie after promising a family movie night following dinner. The gentleman who offered assistance was great but unfortunately a solution was not found. Put a dampener on the evening. Check in and check out were seamless.

Liked: Not recommended. A building site and a location that has seen better days. Has a sad, old and empty feel. I didn't enjoy the experience. The staff were kind but the building was borderline spooky.

Liked: The staff were very nice, huge amounts of parking. The room was clean and well equipped.
