Disliked: While the guest has paid the jurrage fee, you will again be asked for a £50 deposit. I have never seen anything like this anywhere else but this hotel. Suppose the guest didn’t have a deposit, which means he shouldn’t stay there. This is absurd

Good

Liked: The staff were lovely, the rooms looked lovely and everything was clean
Disliked: It said a double bed on the description but it was actually two single beds pushed together and one mattress sat lower than the other so we was both tossing and turning all night as it was uncomfortable and ended up sleeping on one side of the bed. This isn't acceptable when you are paying £110 for one night.

Liked: Lovely staff! We had the suite so the room was a great size with a gorgeous bathroom! Was perfect!
Disliked: Was noisy as pub below but the pub closed at 12 so wasn’t too bad!

Liked: The location was handy as it’s close to the railway station.
Disliked: Very noisy at night. That was not as bad as the fact that whenever come she goes from their room the doors shut so loudly and the rest of the rooms vibrated.

Liked: The location is ideal. The room was good and bed was very comfortable. Considering the location the room was also fairly guiet.
Disliked: Nothing to really fault.
