Liked: Liked how easy it was to check in. A very quick chat with the gentleman at the main bar and keys for the rooms just outside.

Liked: Nice setting
Disliked: Found the decor or the room a little overwhelming. Scary monkey lights.! Also not the most practical. Why provide a hairdryer and put the mirror nowhere near it? Quite noisy in the dining area and staff paid more attention to their regulars than us visitors.

Liked: We liked everything, from the friendly staff to a amazing comfortable bed.Our little fury friend was a welcome in every part of the hotel. We love all.

A very good location and...

Liked: The shower surround needed sorting. There was a broken bit at the bottom. The room we stayed in was well equipped and very comfortable. Very happy with our choice.

Great place to stay!

Liked: Room was very clean, lovely pure white duvet and towels, tea coffee and bottles of water +kettle, hairdryer everything you want in a room . Food was very good all freshly cooked big portions, staff were lovely, would stay again, Excellent value for money!

Liked: Meal good. Breakfast excellent Room large with very comfortable large bed. Very clean. Plenty of parking. Good WiFi.Easy access to room - ground floor. Pleasant atmosphere in bar . Staff very helpful and pleasant ( even though very busy on Mother's Day.
Disliked: The shower was a little small. It would have been good to have had a venetian blind of net curtain in the window of the room. People on tables outside could see into the room - there were curtains and a fold-down blind, which did not let light in. This is a minor observation and would not stop my wife and I staying again in this venue.
