Liked: Great location and facilities are good. Room was comfortable and clear access instructions given when checking in. Delicious breakfast and good range of items on the menu.
Disliked: The bathroom could do with a bit of TLC

Relaxing, comfortable and great.

Liked: Near to my training course, nice cosy rooms, delicious food.
Disliked: Room was too hot even with the window open.

Disliked: Only parking was in public car park behind the property. Reasonable rates but added to overall cost.

Lovely stay at the Swan.

Liked: The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly.Breakfast was included in the price and was delicious. Pub closed at 11, so it was very quiet at night.
Disliked: No lift! And stairs were steep.No free parking close to hotel. Paid parking in carpark.

Liked: Very good breakfast menu. Lots of choice and made to order. Delicious and set us up for the day.Lovely comfortable room. Great tea/ coffee selection Huge bed which was a treat. The hotel was perfectly situated to explore Arundel.
Disliked: The only thing I missed was a vanity mirror on the dressing table area. I like to sit at a dressing table to dry my hair and apply makeup. The long mirror was too far away to do this comfortably.
