Liked: The location is perfect, Lavenham is beautiful. The hotel is a stunning building. The staff without exception were so helpful & friendly. The facilities in the hotel were excellent & the beds were so comfortable
Disliked: More choice with the continental breakfast

Liked: From Marian on reception who greeted us with a friendly smile and conversation, to the lovely staff in the restaurant and cleaning staff, nothing was too much for any of them. Bed was very comfortable and everything spotless. I hope to return again
Disliked: Food was a bit pricey, but quarlity was first class .

Nice hotel, but a noisy...

Liked: The breakfast was very good and the bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: The bar was average because it didn’t have any real ales, the room and sleep quality was poor because the bedroom was on the high street and deliveries started at 6am. The main thing that wasn’t very impressive was that it was our 60th wedding anniversary and all we got was a card with wrong decade in it. It was the first time we had been back to Lavenham for 60 years (having been born opposite the Swan) and what should have been a very special occasion was flat, disappointing and a dud event.
