A perfect stay, close to...

Liked: The location is perfect for any and all tourist activities. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel itself was much nicer than we expected having looked at the photos online and the reviews. The fact that the rooms are quite large is a real bonus when travelling with the family. We also took advantage of the gym and the pool. My younger children weren't interested in any of the food on offer, so we didn't have breakfast in the hotel. Its a fairly grownup menu. Furthermore, the staff bent over backwards to ensure we have a great stay. They provided extra blankets, there was an issue with our bill that they spent ages going over with me (the problem turned out to be with my British bank and not the hotel at all). There was no blame, or frustration, we worked together to resolve it and they were very professional. One day when there was as a surprise rain storm, they even had umbrellas to lend us at the front desk. Really great week spent there.

Liked: Very spacious and tastefully decorated rooms. Staff are very accommodating especially Julian at reception. He was very welcoming at our check in and through out our stay always asking if he can assist in any way.

Fantastic stay.

Liked: Customer service was excellent. The hotel was extremely clean and well looked after throughout. Location was great- handy for popping back to for a quick rest with the kids before going out again for more sightseeing and dinner.
