Liked: The location is amazing. you are a 10-20 minute walk to most things to do around Toronto. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and designed nicely.
Disliked: The Gym could be updated a little but it was still completely usable.

Christmas gift enjoyed by all....

Liked: Clean, comfortable, excellent location (steps to POW Theatre and restaurants.
Disliked: This was a Christmas gift for the “Little Family”, selected for proximity to Princess of Wales Theatre. A little glitch with credit card authorization form (email), but straightened out by Julianna immediately (thank you). No breakfast available for early checkout (weekend buffet later in a.m.), but Uber Eats was allowed and delivered right to the hotel room door. Otherwise absolutely NO dislikes.

Amazing Hotel!!

Liked: The room was very spacious and very clean. The pool was very nice and clean as well. Every staff member that I interacted with was kind and courteous. The staff really seems to go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable.The location was amazing. Very close walk to everything!
