Liked: The hotel was lovely. The staff was gracious and welcoming.
Disliked: Finding the parking was difficult. The carpet in our room needed to be replaced - it had a large snag/rip. The noise from the hallway was loud. Surge pricing is ridiculous.

Disliked: My room was warm (even after turning down the thermostat), stuffy and very dry.

Liked: Great location for walking to the CN Tower, Graffiti Alley, Restaurants and Shops! Very nice rooms, huge shower, very comfortable stay. Front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and things to do.
Disliked: A lot of traffic in the area, to be expected.

Excellent experience would come back.

Liked: The location was excellent. The staff was very welcoming. Rooms were beautiful and very clean.
Disliked: The high cost of the parking as a hotel guest.

Liked: This is a great hotel in an Ideal location on King west. Lots of great places to eat close by. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We had an early arrival to the city so we weren't able to check in right away. The staff kept our luggage safe while we explored the city for a few hours. Will definitely stay here again. We managed to get a decent deal because we booked quite far in advance. It was a win/win.
Disliked: No complaints at all!

Liked: Good location, big room, very quiet, we slept really well.
Disliked: Housekeeping refilled the toiletries quite randomly. The basics were always there, but the additional, really nice toiletries were sometimes refilled and other times not.
