Only option for ski in/ski...

Liked: It is the perfect location for skiing Revelstoke. The condos are very large and comfortable. Basics like coffee, creamers, salt and pepper were provided. Cleaning was daily and our sunset views from our balcony were spectacular!
Disliked: The complex is a bit difficult to navigate and involves carrying equipment up and down stairs. The ski lockers don’t accommodate boots nor do they have direct access to the hill. The elevators, hot tubs and hot water seem to be underprovisioned for the size of the complex given the price.

Liked: Hotel is right next to slopes and has large comfortable apartments with underground parking
Disliked: Hot tubs were cold and crowded. Huge premium price for the location and resort pub/restaurant very quiet in evenings. Shuttle into the great evening options in town can get full and some people got left behind - not great after 8pm as very few late shuttles. Better to stay in town if you want to go out in town (and save a lot of money on your room)

Liked: Location was excellent, the room was fantastic, the pool and hot tub are great.

Premier Snowcation

Liked: Heated floors in the bathroom, complimentary coffee/tea/water in the lobby, ski lockers, hot tubs, saunas, heated pool, shuttle passes to go into town. Enjoyed everything about this hotel and it being right at the resort was the cherry on top.

Fantastic ski mountain: Sutton Place...

Liked: Checkin at 1 am was very smooth, quick and professional. Received assistance from front desk with luggage, skis and ski boot bags while brought to king suite in a different building. Prompt response from guest services to minor problem with dead batteries in tv remote in bedroom, and prompt delivery to room of coffee for next day.
Disliked: Not a big deal, but would be nice to access the hotel restaurant, Rockford Grill, directly from inside hotel rather than going outside to the village walkway. Overall, no major issues or problems to report.

Liked: Very expensive , one lift not work ( therefore long wait times ) , one of the 2 hot tubs not in action for 2 days made that experience poor with overcrowding in one tub. Zero policing of not brining your own alcohol to hot tubs, with one afternoon a group of 6 men in tub with multiple cans of beer …. Not comfortable.
Disliked: Shower needs deep clean re mould
