Highly recommend

Liked: I scored a 9 as overall we really liked the room, cleanliness, the furniture and overall decoration not to mention the comfy beds, however although the bathroom was large and modern, it was very grubby. I planned on having a bath but it wasn’t up to standard. the tiles around the shower and seal were very dirty. If we’d staying a second night I would have bought some bleach and a toothbrush and cleaned it myself. Shame. I would still recommend this lovely guesthouse based on the standard of the rooms but would suggest more cleaning of the bathroom.
Disliked: Bathroom needed a proper clean, especially around the shower and the grouting on wall and floor tiles

I really enjoyed my stay...

Liked: The house was lovely inside and out. I loved the architecture and the garden design was really pretty.The inside was beautifully decorated and cozy. My breakfasts were excellent and the host were friendly and very accommodating.

Great, quiet spot in Deal.

Liked: The property had a lot of old-school charm and character, inside and out, which we really appreciated - very cool! The room was perfect for our stay - quiet, warm and cosy and the shower was decent too. Ample parking on site, albeit we were the only guests staying at the time. 15 min walk to the station or Deal Castle and accompanying restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was also more than enough with cereal, toast and jam followed by a full English - excellent! The hosts seemed very nice too.
Disliked: Nothing!

Liked: The very warm welcome and how relaxed we were made to feel...very easy to find and parking easy..room was well spread out and everything was in its place ..
Disliked: Everything was perfect
