Absolutely home from home.

Liked: Absolutely everything. The apartment was spotless as was the dining room and kitchen. Breakfast was delightful and although no choice it was different on the 2nd morning to the first and although there were things my husband doesn’t like we just stopped items between ourselves. Very close to amenities in Niagara without being on top of it. Lovely garden and our hosts were so accommodating, friendly and you could see they took pride in offering an amazing place to stay.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Disliked: It was vey nice and clean and the host was very welcoming and helpful. Location was perfect for walking to falls

Clean and comfy spacious room...

Liked: Large clean room with separate sitting area and small fridge and microwave. Plenty of space. Very comfy bed.
Disliked: Nothing

Alice was an excellent hostess...

Liked: Close to the attractions and very quiet neighborhoods.
Disliked: Parking was a little tight.

Excellent location friendly accomodating host

Liked: Comfortable rooms with power full shower fridge and microwave. Patio area overlooking the garden
Disliked: Nothing very clean and presentable only thing I would add as a suggestion is milk cartons in fridge for tea ( we british like a cuppa with milk ) our host was so accommodating providing us a take away breakfast as we were leaving early in the morning for our flight home. Would highly recommend Susans Villas 10 minute walk to see the American falls and then Horseshoe falls

Liked: Location is good from the sightseeing spots. and there are much nature surrounded.

Alice was the most gracious...

Liked: The suite was super clean and the bed and couch was super comfortable.
Disliked: Only thing was we wish it was a little cooler.

Exceptional

Liked: Good breakfast every morning. The inn keeper was very helpful and attended all of our needs. I would recommend Susan's Villa to anyone.
Disliked: The distance to the weego was a bit farther than we thought. Of course, I am recovering from knee surgery. The distance would have been very easy under normal circles.

Liked: the cleanliness, the owners, the breakfast, the garden, the coziness (everything is wonderful except a tiny matter of the mattress slouching at the sides since there are 2 of us - if it is only me it’s perfect)
