Disliked: Very old and outdated. Pool was not heated as advertised, had been out of order for 2 weeks. Sauna was out of order, one front desk clerk said she had no idea, another said it had been out of order for 4 months. We had 4 rooms, 3 had an ant problem, and 2 had no hot water for the first night. Stained bedding. Ridiculously loud at all hours. Front desk was no help, just offered to come spray vinegar all over the rooms to kill ants. Loved this place 15 years ago. It’s very sad now.

Disliked: The room was very uncomfortable and tiny. The bathroom was a broom closet, beds were queen size cot frames and horribly uncomfortable, very hard we were sore from sleeping overnight on them got little to no sleep, toilet paper roll was almost empty they just folded it to look nice, key didn't fit well was hard to open door, room was not clean, duck tape on the remotes, coffee and amenities were not filled nothing was there, we had to ask for them, tried to heat up our coffee in their 1980's microwave and it was filthy dirty had to have staff come clean it, fridge had stuff in it from previous occupants. Needless to say, we did not stay our full stay checked out a day early. We will not be back. They will not accommodate you if you are unsatisfied either. I absolutely do by recommend this place. I've stayed at several hotels on the coast. This is 100% the worst and even worse for what they charge.
