Liked: All the extras-plentiful breakfast with lots of options from hot & savory to sweet. Also we enjoyed the wine social and the snacks in the afternoon. Popcorn and cookies were a bonus. Also the coffee, hot tea, hot chocolate and ice water available anytime in the lobby hallway were very much appreciated.
Disliked: I thought there was too much plastic waste in the breakfast area. Plastic cutlery and cups could be switched to stainless steel and washable coffee cups. Especially being so close to the ocean, one-time use plastic is something to be addressed. Otherwise we will definitely stay here again when we are anywhere near the area. 100%.

Liked: Everyone we interacted with at this establishment was kind. From the moment we walked into the property, the woman working at the front desk was kind and personable. She also let us know about all of the free amenities (free popcorn, free wine social hour, free cookies, etc.) Even though we did not participate in these free activities, I think it is very telling that there are so many social activities for people to get to know each other! Something else I also noticed was outside of the breakfast area, there was a whiteboard that had when the sunrise and sunset would be, and a recommendations of a restaurant to check out in the area. This hotel goes above and beyond on cute things here and there that I truly saw and found The room and bathroom were clean, and the makeup wipes/towelettes in the bathroom were a really nice touch I enjoyed. The curtains were blackout, but the curtain for the door was not - just as an FYI! The lady that worked in the breakfast room as well was very nice and understanding every morning that I came in! It made me feel nice as a patron at the hotel. The breakfast list was also quite lengthy, especially the warm breakfast options - which was an amazing touch and makes the hotel stand out from some others I have been at!
Disliked: The only think I thought was confusing was when we booked the hotel, it mentioned that there would be a balcony with a sea view. Our view was not a sea view, but we could see a little bit of the sand dune. I do wish there was more transparency about this! Additionally, I was surprised to feel that the hot tub was lukewarm at best when I visited. It was still a comfy sit, but usually I expect a hot tub to be just that, hot! These are nitpicky things. In general, this is an amazing hotel choice.
