Gross!

Liked: It was good until I switched rooms and then I found out they have bed bugs 🤢When I let the staff know they seemed annoyed and said they couldn't do anything about it. Then they switched the mattress and I'm pretty sure that one had way more than the first. I was so grossed out I couldn't even sleep. I left early.Don't go if you don't want to be eaten alive!

Clean and safe with helpful...

Liked: I've stayed at this backpackers several times, and it ticks the boxes well for me. The mattress is comfortable, linen is clean. I felt very safe. I also had a couple of issues during the stay where I arrived back after midnight and my bag was locked in the luggage area, the owner kindly came down very early the next morning (5:20am) to open up the luggage area so that I could get my bag. I also forgot to drop off the key, but I put it on a courier, the staff were very understanding about this situation.

Disliked: Low pressure in the shower, sometimes no hot water, smelly corridor near by the kitchen.
