Liked: Close to charlestown square, room was large, large tv
Disliked: This is the third stay for us everytime under the beds have a layer of dust this time there was a dummy under the bed, there was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom, the room curtains situation is not great the blackout curtains only cover one side of window. The picture of the room is different from our room as there was not an additional window with a view. There was general parts of the room that were mid renovation. The room is not serviced during the stay although there is a sign on the wall that advises about towels being changed over which is not the case.

Pleasant, office person was helpful.

Liked: Modern, clean and easy access to Charlestown centre.
Disliked: Upstairs, cars parked close to stairs, steps were short, hard to get suitcase up when a solo traveler.
