Liked: I liked the view and the guy at the front desk was nice.
Disliked: Parking tight, towel had stain, bed was hard and noisey, blankets made me itch, could not use phone in room to call desk, busy tone, asked for heat to be adjusted 2xs, each time the ac kicked in, froze all night,fridge and shower dirty,parking decks leaked water

Disliked: The mattress and pillows. Mattress was hard and the pillow flat.

Liked: The check in attendant Sheila was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I stayed at this motel 2 times recently in the past 2 months. Very good experience.Sheila recommended places to eat and helped with my checkin and other rewards info and best way to make reservations directly with Best Western for future travel.
Disliked: minor things like coffee pot had not been cleaned out and garbage in the receptacle on my 2nd stay.
