Liked: The bed was amazing and the sheets were so soft!! If I were that kind of person, I would have stolen the sheets.... they really were that great!
Disliked: The top floor bathroom ceiling was covered in mildew and water damage. The pullout sofa bed mattress was so old and flat it was unusable, which sucked cause we actually needed it for this trip.

Disliked: The first room they had booked us in, smelled like cigarette smoke very badly. I went down to where the supervisor in housekeeping was and award her about the situation she went upfront to get us put into another room. She came back up to check the room that we were previously was put in,She did smell the cigarette smoke and she was aware of the room not being fully clean & even spoke about how the person that was just in that room was charged for smoking, so the next room she had put us in She said she had inspected the room before putting us in the room as me and my cousin went to bring our things to the room. We inspected the rooms ourselves as well. The room had a foul smell, but did not smell like cigarette just smelled like a old moldy smell as we were putting our food away we opened the cabinet and there was three big things of muffins with mold all over them. We took a picture went back downstairs to let housekeeping and front desk now that the second room they had put us in was filthy. Had a mold smell to it was very dirty and old food in the cabinet with mold on them as me and my cousin told this to the housekeeper in front of the front desk workmen her response was well. I just checked that room and when I looked in that cabinet, it was just a toaster as if we planted the old stuff there we aware her well they were in the room.
