Clean and comfortable hotel

Liked: Our Room 302 was large, clean, comfortable and recently remodeled. We liked the hot/cold drinking water dispenser in the lobby. Brenda at the front desk checked us in and she was professional and cheerful.

Problem w payment... Otherwise wonderful

Liked: The people and the accommodations were excellent
Disliked: We presented a different credit card to pay for the room on arrival, and the booking.com credit card info was used instead. Resulting in a major overdraft in my bank account

Comfortable night's sleep

Liked: Appreciated the elevator to take us to the second floor. Room was clean and the kitchenette was spacious with refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and kitchen sink. Liked having a sink in the bathroom.
Disliked: Would have liked a cart to load all luggage at once so only one trip would be needed.The refrigerator was spacious but somewhat noisy as it ran. I turned it warmer so it wouldn't run so much.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff and location were great. The breakfast in the morning was nice.

Disappointing and cheap feeling for...

Disliked: When we walked into our room it smelled like cigarettes. The furniture was very outdated and the bed was uncomfortable.
