Peaceful and safe!

Liked: What made it exceptional was I'd left my rings and the housekeeping was honest in returning them to the front desk.
Disliked: nothing bad to say.

Poor

Liked: It was clean but the room had a funny smell
Disliked: Beds were uncomfortable. Could feel the mattress springs, the pillows were horrible , will not be staying again

We thoroughly enjoyed our night...

Liked: We received such a lovely welcome from Tash at Reception. She was extremely courteous and it is obvious she lives her job.
Disliked: n/a

It was not much fun....

Liked: Location and price. We received a great deal of help from Denise, the maintenance person. She got us a heavy quilt since it was so cold!Bobby at the front desk was very helpful at 11pm when nothing in our room worked.
Disliked: 1st room: The heat and refrigerator did not work. 2nd room: The heat, microwave and toilet did not work. Neither TV had the corresponding remote. The keys were hard to use and our keys were shut off while we were packing our car to leave. We had to ask for 4 days for them to come and clean the room and change the sheets and towels which was supposed to be automatic every two days. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Best Western better have plans for major renovations!!!

Disliked: The rooms and bedrooms and useAn upgrade new furniture and new carpet maybe tail flooring

I would highly recommend

Liked: I like the fact that it's very homey feeling very comfortable setting in the rooms the bed is exceptional I've never slept so well I normally wake up with aches and pains I slept like a baby and woke up refreshed
Disliked: the only thing I was not happy with especially compared to a previous day at the same hotel the breakfast was between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. that was fine I went down at 7:30 and there was literally nothing but a couple of pieces of bread I had to ask if something was going to be put out, the lady seem least enthused, then she brought out literally raw bacon I grabbed a biscuit and a cup of orange juice and that was all that so the breakfast was very disappointing but everything else was perfect
