Doesn’t accept all credit cards....

Liked: I paid for my room prior to arriving. And after arrival the woman who was checking me in told me that even though I had already PAID IN FULL , I would not be able to check in because they didn’t accept my card. And it was required for a deposit. I questioned about my money because the money was spent and was non refundable But was told they would not honor my reservation. This was extremely frustrating because I called ahead to make sure that there would be no problem. I have never been treated so poorly by a business before. I spent money on a room and an Uber to and from the property. Only to be told that even though they accepted my payment, they wouldn’t let me use the same credit card that had 3x the amount of the deposit to pay for the deposit. This is ridiculous. I will be complaining to best western.

Liked: Receptionist was very cheery and nice.
Disliked: Super thin walls, beds are loud if you move at all, metal skirt around the bottom moving was loud. Could clearly hear adjoining room sex and conversation. Whirring sound of I assume water in pipes in the walls. Car noise from outside. Lots of light through the windows as well, not blocked. I slept very poorly, and really wish I had just paid another $15 or so for a much better hotel.
