The room was clean, however the front desk was so rude. The doors stuck so that is all I heard all night, and anytime anyone took a shower our flushed a toilet - I could hear all of it in our room.
Liked: The room was pretty clean.
Disliked: The doors stuck so I heard the doors slamming shut all night.

Liked: Easy access to hotel and room
Disliked: Wasn’t the best. Room door constantly banged through the night from when other doors opened and closed. Struggled to sleep due to this. Bed was so uncomfortable. No coffee maker but had coffee cups and coffee to make. Breakfast was underwhelming. Shower was not very hot and shower head was loose. I almost went to another hotel for our second night instead of staying here. Do not recommend

Bullshit
Liked: I didn’t have the chance to find anything I liked about it.
Disliked: Upon arrival, the desk staff seemed disingenuous and had a rude/surprised tone when I told him my name/reservation. It got worse when I realized I’d lost my drivers license days prior at an event, but had a recent picture of it I’d taken for work documents on my phone AND a second form of state ID in my wallet. Understandable that the staff didn’t want to take my drivers license picture, that’s fine - but when I physically pull out a second state issued ID, that you can easily match up my information to confirm it’s me; and you still refuse me the reservation I already paid for? Even though in your policy it does not specify the type of ID you need? Weird.So, my friend offers to book a room in her name for the night - because we still need a place to stay. There was some misunderstanding/heated feelings on the staffs side about how my friend asked to do this - I cleared that confusion up the best I could and asked why it seemed that the front staff was being SO inhospitable, and frankly it seemed like he was enjoying being difficult. Again, my friend offers to pay for the night. Make a whole new reservation. She goes out to the car to get her credit card, this when the dude casually tacks on a “$100 deposit and it’s easier if it’s in cash” even though when I booked the reservation prior, there was NO deposit mentioned at all. That’s where I drew the line and raised my voice up to give me my friends ID back and we were leaving. I paid for a hotel I didn’t stay in; and will not be returning to. I’ve stayed in a lot of places, some of them real rat holes, and have never experienced the unprofessional industry level - just at the front desk. The place is a joke, and I’ve only been 10 feet into the lobby.

Exceptional
Liked: I like how close it was to the BOK center and the mall. Lots of places to eat nearby as well.
Disliked: The only thing I did not like was the breakfast.

I had a comfortable stay...
Liked: I was vary comfortable, I enjoyed the bed and the view of the tv mounted and the window blinds helped with the lighting. So I was satisfied. Wifi was good too
Disliked: The jet tub and shower heads need to be cleaned maintained
