Liked: How close to the event I was attending
Disliked: Dirty rooms, walls are paper thin so heard everything the neighbors and above were doing. Mirrors had hand prints on them , the floors were not clean, dirty and hair in corners. The bathroom floor was lopsided and dirty

Overall a decent place to...

Liked: The breakfast was the highlight of the stay. The hotel gives you a voucher to eat at the dinner next door. The food was good and the service was great there. The staff was very friendly when checking in. Over all I would stay here again if the price is reasonable.
Disliked: The room was very out dated and in need of remodeling. For the most part the room was clean. Except for an area near the ac/heater unit that had a batch of dirt and two or three small screws laying around that I had to sweep up. There were no areas to take our dog out to relieve herself at this “pet friendly” hotel.

Disliked: The breakfast arrangement with the restaurant next door was fine but could be improved. Limited choices and tip was expected. (That isn’t free to me.) But this was the only negative in a wonderful stay.

Literally a broken bed for...

Disliked: The bed had broken springs, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash . They have automatic dispenser's but they were completely empty! $$ price was way too high for conditions of the room. Very outdated, cracked floor. My pillow felt like a rock! We told the lady at the desk about the bed being broken and there was no offer to reduce the cost for our stay! The bed is the main thing your paying for, I felt disgust to think someone had to make that broken bed and expected money knowing the condition it was in! It was a Sunday and there was hardly anyone there so why give someone such a lousy room! We will not refer anyone to stay there and we're going to book elsewhere on our next trip.
