I stayed at the Quality Inn in San Antonio, TX. Overall it was a great experience. The room was clean and the room service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others who are looking for good quality for a reasonable price.

Liked: It was fine. The room was nice and cool when I got there. Clean and the staff went out of there way to make sure I had everything I needed.

Disliked: I've been to many hotels and by far this was the worst one Floors and bathtubs were really dirty. My daughter wore her new pink socks, and it was all black from how dirty the floor was. We ended up throwing them away. But we couldn't be barefooted because of how sticky and griddy the floor was. That also made me question if the bedding sheets and towels were clean. Front staff was okay but was not very informative. She seemed pretty out of it. When I asked her a question, she took time to respond back.
