I stayed at the Quality Inn in San Antonio, TX. Overall it was a great experience. The room was clean and the room service was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others who are looking for good quality for a reasonable price.

Liked: It was fine. The room was nice and cool when I got there. Clean and the staff went out of there way to make sure I had everything I needed.

Broken toilet, and no hot...

Disliked: Toilet did not flush, and had to convince staff that we needed a room with a working toilet. Water was cold. 2 mornings worth of cold showers. Still did not even offer minimal discount.

Disliked: As soon as we walked in we smelled smoke, Marijuana smoke at that.. although it was a no smoking hotel. Front desk person was so unprofessional and I left before my 2nd night. Breakfast was trash burning things omgggg they need to do better. Even another guess came and said they couldn't use the restroom due to it not flushing and couldn't shower due to no hot water. Like it's not worth the stay at all

Disliked: The front desk worker was rude but it may have been the language barrier so I'll give you that. We walked upstairs. The booking did not let us know there was not elevator. Thank God we are mobile and our daughter is smaller. When we went to our room the door was cracked open and there was children playing soccer in the hallway. The water pressure was absolutely terrible and the room never cooled off. It was an unbearable night. Breakfast if you consider toast and cereal was absolutely garbage.

Disliked: the hotel doesn't match the pictures. there's an unpleasant smell on the carpets and hall. overall not a great hotel.
