Smoking in Rooms

Liked: I liked that a room was available.
Disliked: The bed was creaking a lot. There was an overpowering smell of cigarettes. It gave me a headache. It was the non-smoking room, but someone most definitely smoked in there.

Disliked: It could improve, but I see that they only work on the superficial. The night clerk was unprofessional with common and dirty clothes, the microwave was broken and she did not replace it, I went with my children, that was important to me. There were many details.

Disliked: Front desk agent on personal call on speaker phone Language barrier, no information given about amenities , hallway rug needed vacuuming. Lobby furniture to many chairs couches right next to other not enough room to get to a seat. Sheets wrinkled looked like someone had already slept in the bed. Pillows worn out. Towels worn out had holes and stains. Shower tile had mold looked not clean. Bathroom floor needed sweeping Room door did not close all the way had to slam to close. Pool did not look clean. Back door to side parking did not lock unless you pushed on it to close. That is a safety issue. This hotel is extremely run down needs to be renovated very badly. Coffee amenities in bathroom this is not sanitary. Ice bucket looked dirty on outside so didn’t want to use.

Ghetto

Liked: Smelled like weed throughout the entire hotel room, staff couldn’t even communicate, and failed to hold the correct room. Gave me a disability shower with no bath tub (I have a toddler) so was requested. The bedsheets were torn. I was honestly considering leaving and booking elsewhere but since it was only a few hours I stayed and slept with one eye open
Disliked: Smelled awful. Pictures are a lie
