Exceptional

Liked: All of the staff was so helpful and very kind! The room we had was so roomy, and my husband and I need that as between us we have a bad back and bad hip! The room was also very clean and comfortable as well. You get a full breakfast in the clean large breakfast knock and the scrambled eggs are hot fresh and never low. Theme for the sausage. They also have a large waffle bar with fruit coffee and fresh orange juice. If your not into that they have yougart, cold cereal, bread to make toast and oatmeal. Ontop of all this, the whole area is wiped down and kept clean and sparkly. I highly recommend the SureStay Plus by Best Western Sacramento North, my husband and I will need to make several trips to Sacramento in that area and we will always be staying at this SureStay Plus by Best Western Sacramento North. Disliked: The smell of smoke was strong,and me and my family had bites marks,we were thinking bedbugs,and didn’t get my money back and it’s been a month,and still haven’t get my money back,to be exact $300..

Liked: The hot tub felt more like a bathtub rather than a hot tub...water needs to be hotter...and it was hell trying to get more towels from the host...we only had two towels for four guests....other than that it was a really comfortable and beautiful hotel

Disliked: The area hotel was surrounded by a metal gate which you needed a code to get into. Why you might ask? Maybe because of what was perceived as drug activity? Was I worried that my car would get broken into? Why yes I was.

It was the worst hotel...

Liked: The assistant manager was very polite.
Disliked: The location was horrible. The outside stairs were filthy, the phone in our room didn’t work. I tried plugging in my phone charger to the wall plug in and it not only sparked but started making a light across the room flicker on and off. The clips on all of the hangers were broken. The body wash bottle was empty. The security guard came and woke my entire family up at 1am because the room we rented was marked vacant somehow, and then the front desk lady came back at 1:30am and woke us up again to verify the name the room was rented under. The beds were very uncomfortable. I would never stay at this hotel again. I haven’t received my deposit back into my card either, and was told it would immediately be returned at the time of check out.
