My family and I were attending an event and looked online for a reasonable one night stay hotel. I saw the deal for $59.99 which I saw as a lucky deal for a one night stay. The staff was nice and accommodating. However, the phone didn't work and the room smelled like vomit. The sheets and blankets had holes and tears. It was really not somewhere I would stay again but it needs work!

Liked: Staff was extremely helpful, receptive and kind. The continental breakfast was fresh and well maintained. Room was super clean.

Liked: yesmiah at the front desk was a absolute sweet heart kind and caring. the food great for a hotel. it would have been nice for the biscuits and gravy to not have sauage in the gravy. Great for my dog. Great location. I have been disappointed recently by best western but this made up for it.
Disliked: the lightening was alittle dim

Liked: Staff, room & breakfast!

The staff was pleasant like...

Liked: There was a place to take my dog potty they put us on the quite side instead of the highway . We were there for early dr appointment procedures .
Disliked: There are people living in them and there were kids running around up and down the hallway. One kid knocked on our window we were a downstairs room . It was pretty noisy we asked to be moved on our second night stay the people next door were noisy loud til 4am . There was a thin blanket on the bed it was chilly we asked for extra blankets

Liked: Breakfast was hot and offered a lot of variety. Staff was extremely friendly and got anything we needed handled. Room was clean and big enough for everyone. It was good all the way around
