Made on-line rservations; put us in a beautiful suite. Great food and hospitality; would stay at this hotel again; 5 star in every respect.

Liked: Locatuon great for us near airpoet due to late arrival.
Disliked: Mix up with shuttle bus and lack of phone response from reception meant we paid an extortionate taxi fare for 2 min ride to hotel.Found bedbug in room later that night, requiring a room transfer at 1.30am.Staff respobded well to the situation.
