Made on-line rservations; put us in a beautiful suite. Great food and hospitality; would stay at this hotel again; 5 star in every respect.

Liked: There was nothing special about the hotel.Just a decent place to stay UNTIL I got my hand sliced open because of some broken glass that was left in the chair in the room..and guess what,I was not offered another room,a partial refund or even a band aide ..I was just told to “be careful “ and “keep my shoes on” by the onsite maintenance after he found MORE GLASS in my room

Very good

Liked: A few minutes from the airport with regular shuttle and cheerful driver. Comfortable bed. Perfectly clean and pretty bed linen. Good climate control. I didn't try the restaurant as I had already eaten, but it was busy (without a long wait) and the food looked great. Handy elevator for thr higher floors.
Disliked: There was a lot of plastic and so waste. Coffee cups, creamers in a pack with sugar etc, no option to borrow a plate or reusable cutlery - but plastic cutlery individually wrapped.
