Disliked: upon checking in there was an additional charge of $50 for a deposit that was not mentioned when booking, when we got to our room the phone didn't work and when we asked if they could fix it by giving us a new phone they said no there's no phone line in your room.I then asked if there was anything they could do to fix the picture on the tv in our room which was very distorted. They said no and offered for us to look at some empty rooms to see if we wanted to switch.I have a service animal so we have to choose between the pet friendly rooms and the entire hallway that they're on smells horribly of cat urine even though it says no cats are allowed on the propertywhen I went to look at the different rooms one had a broken air conditioner that was visibly older and in poor condition compared to the one in our room and the picture on the TV was fuzzy like the one in our room as well.the other room smelled of feces very badly upon entry so I didnt even go in to it past the doorwaywe decided to stay with our room despite the phone not working, the tv picture being hard to make out and the fridge being dirty before we even used it. We didn't sleep well due to people running up and down the stairs over and next to our room (112) and the back door slamming constantly throughout the night which alerted my service animal repeatedlyThere were earwig bugs all in the bathroom by the toilet which had my child upset and scared to go to the bathroomwhen my husband went to our vehicle after getting settled in a homeless person was lurking outside and waited for him to come in, he pulled the door to the outside closed behind him but they grabbed it and held it open and then stood with it open while smoking. he was walking around the cars parked outside making us feel worried about our vehicle.
