Liked: The staff was very helpful and nice
Disliked: The 1st room I received the amenities were not working so I asked to switch rooms. Upon switching rooms I noticed in the 2nd room that the sheets/pillows were dirty and stained, like they’ve not been changed since the last guest left. Thankful the young lady at the front desk gave me different sheet so that I could change the dirty ones, but as I was changing I noticed some water bugs/roaches coming from behind the night stand.

Disappointing

Liked: It was close to all of the food places and Walmart
Disliked: The the hallway and elevator smelled like weed and the bathroom and room had roaches

Liked: Location was ideal for my stay. Room was clean and it was quiet.

Disliked: Facilities care 1st room adjoining room deadbolt didn't.2nd room not cleaned3rd room stained carpet and walls , curtains shredded, shower bar wasn't even bolted down. But 3rd room given we stayed in.

Disliked: The hotel was acceptable but not great. The breakfast was a farce. I booked a specific room with accessible and a walk in shower. The option was depicted for me to choose. The hotel told me afterwards that the shower was not available in his hotel. This is misrepresentation by BOOKING.Com. When i booked the room, BOOKING.COM displayed that the reservation was not refundable. AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED I WILL NEVER USE Biiking.COM again

Liked: The breakfast wasn't as good as it was the last time I stayed here, but it was still top notch for a free hotel breakfast. They were awesome, the new management and owners are EXCELLENT and WAY BETTER THAN THE PREVIOUS. These people know how to take care of guests and make sure they are getting what they pay for. I HIGHLY recommend the surestay.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is that my aunt and I had to share a bed. There was just no availability in a two bed suite. Other than that, this place is the only hotel I will choose when I need one, especially an extended stay.
