The best hotel experience you...

Liked: The breakfast wasn't as good as it was the last time I stayed here, but it was still top notch for a free hotel breakfast. They were awesome, the new management and owners are EXCELLENT and WAY BETTER THAN THE PREVIOUS. These people know how to take care of guests and make sure they are getting what they pay for. I HIGHLY recommend the surestay.
Disliked: The only complaint I have is that my aunt and I had to share a bed. There was just no availability in a two bed suite. Other than that, this place is the only hotel I will choose when I need one, especially an extended stay.

Liked: That everything was close by didn't have to drive no more than 15 to get to places. Locations was great
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like b-fast was not that great .. cereal and waffle. Coffee was cold . I was expecting toast, sauce,eggs and hot coffee ..

Terrible hotel.

Liked: Nothing. Rooms were beyond dirty.
Disliked: Checked in after arriving at the Dallas airport. First room, pullout couch was filled with debris and dirt. Second room they tried to put us in- gum all over the floor, no sheets on the bed, and bloody snot in the wall. Third room, bloody spit on the wall. Fourth room, disgusting smell, no screen on windows. I really would have left but I did not have the time for the refund process from booking and didn’t have more money to spend $400 on another hotel. The staff were beyond rude about the situation and didn’t really accommodate, only two free drinks. Would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not happy with motel in...

Liked: I did not have breakfast at the motel. The location was great and parking was good. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: Bathroom was supposed to have a roll in shower but had a tub with one grab bar and definitely was not a handicapped room as stated and requested. No ironing board and the phone did not work. Some of the lamps had bulbs that did not work. We did not request a room change because we were tired after driving all day. The staff said they would take care of the problems but never did.
