Liked: The front desk clerk I checked in with was very welcoming and pleasant.
Disliked: Where do I start!! Gave Best Western name a 2nd chance and it got worst. Pillows sucked flattened and no support, bed had a visible dip, leaky faucet. Hair in bathroom and all over office chair, tub was dirty, breakfast looked like it was over cooked in the microwave, sausage was stuck together visibly dumpedin there, no pride was taken in preparation. No jelly or any condiments for toast or biscuits. Morning staff didn't acknowledge me at all. Looked at me strangely and walked back to the desk. Pictures online really should be updated very misleading!! The best thing about my trip was seeing my son, my reason for going. Why I endured it all.

Disliked: Bed had a huge dip in mattress and the breakfast was cold and not as good as it had been before.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't care for the pillows. They were far too soft and flattened out very quickly.
Disliked: The front elevator was out of order, so we had to enter and exit from the rear of the building. Also, the bio indicates they are pet friendly, but that was for a price. My dog was wearing his service animal harness, but I was charged a fee. It was small so I didn't argue. Other than the minor inconveniences it was a good stay.

Liked: Location was good.breakfast was cold at 8:30 am the staff was not refilling the different items.and was not acomodating .
Disliked: Room was not clean enough.smelled like mildew .coffe pot was not working.carpets looked old .the appearance of the room was not what was on website
