Liked: This is our 2nd stay traveling through Missouri. Location is right off the highway, Convenient location. Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room.

Disliked: Did not know about holding $50 on my credit card in case I trashed the room. You get it back, but it seemed a bit unnecessary. I rarely encounter this and travel regularly.Room had a damp/humid feel to it. We had an early flight the next day, so we just stuck it out.

Liked: The bed was comfy enough. The bathroom was clean and the hotel had free wifi. Helpful and friendly staff. The room looked recently remodeled and nice (if you could overlook the uneven flooring).
Disliked: They claim to have continental breakfast but after getting up early for the first day to try it - cold sausage, no eggs, no bacon, just a couple cereals, coffee, and a banana. No one in the hotel went there except for coffee. We didn't eat there again. The wifi kept cutting out intermittently. The bathroom door is right next to the toilet so if the door is open, you have to sit sideways on it to use it. The TV guide - didn't show any items for any channel so we connected a cable to it and watched streaming from my computer the entire time. Three lights in the room were burned out and housekeeping doesn't come until the third day you are there,,,so we kept having to go downstairs to get more towels. (which they wont give you unless you bring down the towels from the room first) They have a PC down stairs to print documents but you have to email it to their MAC and then print it on black and white only - we couldn't get it to work so I had to go to a printing shop a mile away just to print an important document. When we went to the desk to get bottled water, they said they couldn't charge it to our room - then they asked for a $1 per bottle and we paid but then they asked what are room number was to record it - and asked why - they said its policy. The room had a unit with AC, FAN and Heat but we couldn't set a set temperature to AC when hot and Heat when cold - so we kept having to switch it to AC when the room was hot and then switch it to HEAT when it was cold manually.
