Liked: The atmosphere was quiet. The breakfast was much better than we expected. It was nice to have coffee in the room.
Disliked: The lighting was too stark.The coffee machine took a little spilled coffee to figure out.It would be nice to have a TV channel guide.

Liked: - shower was nice but there was not enough space to keep soap.- reasonably clean
Disliked: - there was no comforter on the bed (to cover yourself when you sleep). this was very disappointing. looking at the pictures it appears that this is as designed! this should be highlighted by booking.com because there is a general expectation that the bed comes with something to cover. the blue thing in the picture lying on the bed is way too narrow and thin to be a comforter.- no pot to brew tea, only coffee maker

Liked: I'm shocked how much I liked this hotel! What they do, they execute with excellence. It's not fancy, but there's an attention to detail which creates an excellent experience. The five-star employees, in particular, were exceptional!
Disliked: The cleaners they use in their hallways left an odd chemical smell.
