Liked: Staff was AMAZING! Everyone at front desk was so kind and helpful. The cleaning team was extremely respectful and quietly cleaned.
Disliked: 1) Laundry facilities are poorly maintained. Only ONE washin machine actually functions (2 are out of order). NONE of the drying machines actually dry your clothes, they just twirl them around for 30-40 minutes and you inevitably have to air dry them. One a$$h*le guest took it upon themselves to remove my clothes from the washer and put them in a dryer that had no lint filter, which subsequently DESTROYED nearly all my panties because they got sucked into where the filter should be, a filter which was MISSING. The front desk was so kind and called her 2 supervisors who called their supervisors, who ultimately said "they weren't responsible" for damages. I spent 1-2 hours of my friday night after a 12hr shift digging my tattered panties and socks out of the dryer vent.2)"Breakfast" is a hodgepodge of ultra-processed food. Pick your poison.. jimmy dean breakfast sandwich? pre-packaged bagel? full sugar yoplait? "fruit drink" from a machine? Gross.3) Gym machines are broken and dilapidated. They literally used yarn to tie together parts of the cable machine and jerry rigged the machines with screws that fell out mid workout. Horrific.4) Hallways are really narrow and rooms somewhat small, sound travels. I could hear people pounding on doors 9-10 rooms down at midnight which was upsetting. Also, rooms / hallways have a strange, dated odor that lingers no matter what you spray. I had a headache the first day until my body acclimated to whatever the cause was. It hits you the second you get off the elevator.
