Liked: Very nice rooms clean and was nice have an outside view of the creek.

Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed, room service every day, good breakfasts, very good location
Disliked: Room and bathroom needs little more maintenance, but that was subsidized, in my ayes, with the price for a night

Liked: Upon entering the room, it smelt a bit musky/ Cleaning Supply/ wetdog type smelly. The beds were comfortable and the unit refrigerator worked well. Lamps with charging capabilities worked great. We loved the balcony overlooking the river which is what we were looking for in the beginning when booking.

Liked: in a good location not on main drag so it's quiet

Very pleasant stay

Liked: Walking distance to the Gatlinburg strip, right on the river, very clean, balcony was a nice addition, friendly staff. Totally worth the price.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok, could have been a little better but overall for a free breakfast, it wasn’t bad.
