Liked: The front staff was amazing! My husband has surgery the day we checked in and we were early to check in. Without hesitation, they allowed us to check in so my husband could rest. They offered extra towels before we left check in and made sure we were completely comfortable. We 10/10 will stay here again!
Disliked: Less breakfast items than I thought but all of the options they had were great!

No elevator here

Liked: It was not advertised, but there is NO ELEVATOR at this hotel which was quite a surprise considering that the gentleman has had both knees operated on! Initially, we thought that we might try to stay, but a series of events such as the ice machine on our floor did not work, the cable service for the hotel was not carrying the NCAA basketball tournament and clearly someone was smoking on our floor in a 100% smoke- free facility. Also, noted garbage piled up at multiple exits, the laundry room needed cleaning and the hall carpets were needing to be vacuumed.On the other hand, the gentleman on the desk was very kind and efficient and canceled our stay.
