Liked: Staff was nice. Coffee was good.
Disliked: Bed was very uncomfortable. I’m used to form beds, that’s fine, but not when you can feel the springs of the mattress. TV remote didn’t come with instructions-had to go down to desk to ask. Noise level is too high-can hear everything above me, the room doors slam shut instead of quiet close, the AC unit was very loud and kept switching on because it would not stay cool in the room. Electronic lights in the room were so bright I had to unplug everything. Did not sleep well

Liked: Staff was excellent. April, who was working the evening I arrived, helped me find the location and checked me in, assisting me in thinking through my plans and where to find decent food. She was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable with the right things for my stay.
Disliked: In the bathroom, where there was a strip of lights above the sink, it seemed that after the lights were on for several minutes, the light unit began ticking. It sounded like water dripping from the shower head but when I checked, that was not what was happening. It was the lights. The ticking sound was loud enough that I closed the bathroom door to diminish the sound. I learned to not have the lights on unless really necessary or for long. Not a huge deal but real.
