I wouldn't stay here again....

Liked: Location is the only positive, but the parking and access were poor.
Disliked: Most of the lights were off when we arrived and signs to call to check in, but luckily there was someone there. But it gave the idea that they left the facility often and if he had not been there and I would have had to call, I would have been very upset, that is very poor service. The smell of chlorine from the pool was overpowering. We wouldn't have used the pool due to that alone. There was a bug crawling on my bed when we returned after being out. Breakfast was very poor. The sausage was extremely greasy, had to ask for the food to be refilled (gravy and waffle mix), muffins were dry as if they were a few days old. There was no juice and no water. Had to ask for cups. One person trying to keep up with everything. I would not stay here again.

Liked: The breakfast was far better than I expected, and fresh food was added as needed.It sounds funny to say, but the dining area almost took on a family restaurant atmosphere.
Disliked: My husband has circulation issues, and could have used an extra blanket during the night.We didn't ask for one, so no one refused to help.

Liked: The breakfast was good as long as they made sure to refill what was out without the customers having to tell the person in charge of the food.
Disliked: Wasn't the cleanest room, had a funny smell to it, the coffee pot didn't work and it wasn't replaced when I told the front desk about it. The cleaning people knocked on our door even though I had privacy placard on the door knob. I asked for a quiet room, and the manager put us close to the back door. People were leaving early in the am, waking us up by letting the door slam. Plus, the TV didn't have a variety of channels on it.
