Liked: The breakfast was one of the nicest I have ever experienced at a hotel. The staff behaved friendly but professional. Our every need was happily met.
Disliked: The hotel is badly in need of refurbishment. It needs fresh paint and new caulking in the showers. The curtains could use an additional inner curtain for daytime privacy when open. This is especially needed on the parking side of the building.

Liked: We absolutely love SureStay. This is our 4th stay, and we always have a lovely time. The staff is helpful and kind (Doris is our fave), our room is always clean and comfortable. This time, for my birthday, we got the King suites with the jacuzzi tub....fantastic. Perfect for unwinding and relaxing in this chill weather.
