I like it, I love...

Liked: I love this hotel. Every time I go to Alvin, Texas, or any other place out of town, I always stay at a Sure Stay Plus Hotel by Best Western. It is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is always great, kind, and friendly.
Disliked: I have nothing to complain about. My stay is always top-notch. I always refer Sure Stay Plus Hotel by Best Western to friends and family.

Disliked: When we arrived there was hair in our bathtubI cleaned the tub before any of us could get a showerFor the rates I of. We will now start staying at another hotel chain when we come down. We have stayed at that hotel for as long as I can remember and now it seems it’s going downhill.
