Liked: Location was close to city centre with a car.
Disliked: Room check-in was not until 15:00 hours, staff did accommodate with room upgrade, but room had only two towels for four guests, has to request extra, bath plug blocked water in bath barely drained away, and to set water temperature a difficulty trying balance two taps. The room bathroom looked very tired. Breakfast pretty poor choice and again plastic cutlery and paper cups and plates

Sure stay was sure good

Liked: Both my husband and I were very pleased with this location, room, accommodating our requests for a first floor room so we could bring our bicycles into the room, breakfast had my oatmeal so I was happy. Location afforded us 30 to 40 restaurants to easily drive to.

Disliked: The staff was AWFUL!! They were rude and unhelpful. I witnessed the staff yelling at guests constantly. This place was a total nightmare. My room was disgusting. I booked the business executive room and I was convinced I would be murdered by Norman Bates. I asked to change rooms (most of the hotel was empty) and the staff was so rude and told me I would be charged over $100. I left a day early and called corporate to complain. You can’t open or use the mini fridge because a table is in the way and the room is creepy and filthy.
