Room was clean the bathroom...

Liked: The room was nice and clean. The property was tucked away in the back. Just ok
Disliked: The metal stairs. The small bathroom Other then that it’s not really bad.

Had a good stay.

Wouldn't stay again.

Liked: Our room had mold around the shower. The shower head dripped water all night. We were only in the room overnight. The breakfast area was clean and nicely set up, however the staff was not prepared for the amount of guests wanting breakfast. Things needed restocked, guests were helping themselves to the things needed (cups, bowls, plastic spoons) because they only had one person on staff at the front desk. She was trying so hard to help everyone. Management should have been on hand to assist or at least have things available for her to stock. For the rate on Thanksgiving night, this should have been a much better experience.

Good short-term stay if traveling...

Liked: Ease of access to the lobby and to the rooms, amenities were easy to access, the room was very clean and there was a pleasant smell, WiFi worked great, bathroom was clean, and breakfast was good, plenty of parking spaces, pet-friendly and it was quiet.
Disliked: Keycard access worked once per swipe, so it was annoying to go back to the lobby to get the keycard working again every time I had to leave the room. There wasn't a microwave in the room so people need to find ways to heat their food, the fridge was placed in a floor cabinet that blocked the door, so I had to lift it out of the cabinet just a little bit so I can swing open the door.

Disliked: Pool closed all summer but apparently Town Oyster Bay reason not hotel
