Disliked: The water during my shower was cold and we got bite most the night but some kind of bug

Disliked: I booked that room because it has a pool and then we weren’t able to access the pool

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The room and every visible common area was filthy. Hair in the bathroom, mold in the shower, which I couldn’t even use the grout was so gross. Broken moldy cabinet on which sat the tv couldn’t get to work.I tried to air out the room…it’s 20 degrees, but it would have beaten the alternative…but since there were no screens in the window it seemed unsafe.The machines in the “fitness” area were electrical-taped together and filthy and not fully functioning.Oh yes, and the door I was directed to enter was preceded by un-picked-up dog poop…a LOT of it.

Bad

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact that my bathroom had other peoples hair in the tub. I didn’t have the amount of towels I should’ve had, which made it seem that it wasn’t cleaned at all. The floors weren’t vacuumed. Also the property manager is not friendly at all and feels that she can tell you who you have in your room. I brought my daughter and three friends to swim for her birthday. I never heard of a such thing that you can’t have hotel parties especially when you book a suite that accommodates all in the room. No they weren’t loud and nobody complained on us, but she’s not a friendly individual. So if you plan to take kids to swim this isn’t the place.
