I don’t want to stay...

Liked: It was very spacious
Disliked: We had a toilet to overflow and they never came and fixed it. Plus someone took my granddaughters cell phone out the room. We kept asking them about it they was acting like they didn’t understand what we was asking them

No good at all except...

Liked: Beds we very good.
Disliked: Room wasn’t what we reserved, room & shower wasn’t very clean, breakfast wasn’t good at all, biscuits were so hard you couldn’t hardly brake them apart. No maid service, had to go to front desk twice to get things that should have been in the room already.

Overall this hotel was awful...

Liked: The lobby was nice
Disliked: The hotel staff was incredibly rude. I have never been treated this awful tat a hotel EVER. Upon arrival our room door was broken, the handle not key were needed to open the door. After asking for a new room or for them to fix the door we were told the door was unable to be fixed and there were no more rooms left. I have been on phone calls for over 24 hours trying to get a full refund for the room that I walked into.

Disliked: The room was filthy and had roaches. WiFi did not work on the second floor! Not a great stay

Liked: Staff very helpful room was clean and close too the casino, highway and the Stormont Vail RV and Boat Show..

Worst stay of my life...

Liked: Everything was terrible the best thing about us was the bed I guess but even the sheets were dirty
Disliked: There were roaches crawling in the bathroom we went and told them about it they changed our rooms came back and there was a roach on the wall walking back to our room we then moved rooms where everything look extremely better but the heat did not work and was blowing cold A/C I than asked for a refund and left. Also they advised an indoor pool and when we went to look at the pool it was extremely dirty and greenish.
