Liked: The bed where enough clean towels ans beds where nicely done. Very clean.
Disliked: Hair dryer not working, oudated TV and unable to charge phones as there were no USB ports anywhere on the room

Liked: Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Ran out of towels on the second of two-day stay. Housecleaning staff took away the used towels from the first day, but neglected to replace them.

Disappointing

It was decent but could...

Liked: Housekeeping needs to learn English so they can understand our needs. They were friendly though. Old television was horrible to view and telephone didn't work and was constantly ringing although front desk denied they were calling. Friendly staff but need to address the issues mentioned.

Friendly staff and close to...

Liked: Everything was amazing. Staff especially! Super nice. Very helpful and welcoming. I came here for a nearby concert and it was super close. The only downside was someone banging on doors very very early like they were locked out of their room but constantly banged. Everything else was great. Clean, comfortable. I will probably stay here again any time I go to the nearby venue.
