Overall, it was a decent...

Liked: Close to the event, Friendly staff, room was clean, bed was comfortable, great water pressure, decent breakfast.
Disliked: Furniture needs updating, curtains appear dirty and blinds had to be held together by my hair claw. We had a ground floor room so anybody could easily peek in with partially open blinds. One bedside lamp wasn’t working.

Good value! This place does...

Liked: Very clean, staff was nice, the room was large; parking was easy. Lobby is ample and has lots of seating for the standard continental breakfast they serve. Fitness center small but quite adequate. Climate control responsive.
Disliked: Noise can be an issue here. There's a freight train line that runs nextdoor, even into the night sometimes. Occasionally people can be loud and you'll hear it. It's not the biggest issue, it could be worse, but if you're a light sleeper perhaps bring a noise machine or earplugs. Location is completely car-dependent - if you want to go anywhere, you'll absolutely have to drive.
